"Happy February with full of love and to celebrate Chinese New Year!! "

25 June 2014 – SIB, Lieden visits Phapadaeng to learn and feel how PATT’s Forest Restoration Project works with community.

The cozy Wednesday of June 25th, 17 students from SIB (Dutch United Nations Student Association) from Leiden, Netherlands visited PATT and we brought them to learn from real action project that we applied with local community at Wat Pa-Ked Temple and forest garden. We met Ms. Toy the community leader who worked with PATT for 7 years to restore forest in urban area, the oasis of Bangkok Metropolitan. Along the visit, they learned how PATT and other environmental organisations work in Thailand as well as the current situation of NGO’s here. A lot of questions were raised and they really appreciated our work as PATT is working for both social and environmental responsibilities in sustainable way.
